The school has an art show at the end of every year where each

student has a piece of their work from the year shown.

And they serve cookies. So we were totally there.

{happy baptism to miles}

A beautiful day to officially welcome Miles into the world.

The baptism was at Old South Church, where Tyla and Andre were married...

The godparents were Tyla's brother Brett and Andre's brother Justin.

Love the fact that he had 2 god-daddies :)

Calvin's first real rock show...The Avett Brothers at Lupo's.

He didn't last the whole show but I think he had fun {the show was amazing, I SOOO did not want to leave but I guess that's the risk you run when your date for the night is 10}.

They played his favorite song "January Wedding", which he was totally psyched about.

But he was horrified that so many people were drinking beer

and that couple near him kept making out.

{apple's 8th birthday}

First birthday in the new house! Nat is 8!!!

Her birthday happened to fall on the first day of spring vacation so we had the whole day to celebrate.

Started with presents and cake for breakfast...

Met Bunny at Salon Mosaics for a Spa morning.

Mani/Pedis for all and hair and makeup for the birthday diva.

 OF COURSE, she asked for a blue cateye.

{the flashier and trashier the better....I'm terrified of her being a teenager}

She was very jealous that Uncle Max had his birthday party at Nylo, so that's what she wanted to do.

We got upgraded to an awesome suite and the first thing she did was jump on the bed like a maniac.

This started us on a modeling shoot all over the hotel...

Ended the night with dinner at the hotel...Max ended up being in Boston so he and Soozie and Jason joined us for dinner. I think she had a fantastic birthday. The hotel even gave her a present {the bear she is holding is wearing a NYLO bathrobe}.

{reading week}

Today is "dress as your favorite book character" day at school.

We have a Calvin and Hobbes and a Pippi Longstocking, complete with wired braids that curl up :)

{i did not realize that Pippi needed a gorilla but Nat insisted that she did so we went with it...}
